Welcome to Active Bowling – The lanes are now Open!
With three state-of-the-art lanes, Active Bowling offers a more personal, relaxed and memorable gaming experience. Whether you’re here for a family outing, a date night, a corporate or a private event, our space is designed to deliver enormous fun in an intimate setting.
Booking a session
This activity is suitable for children aged 5 years and over. Any participants aged under 14 must be accompanied by a parent, guardian, or a designated responsible adult over 18.
Tickets
We offer single bookings and group bookings.
When you arrive
Do I need to arrive early?
Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled booking time to help us allocate your lane and get your names to play your game at the time you specified.
Bowling Games
All sessions start promptly at the time of your booking. Failure to check in on time will result in your bowling time being reduced or cancelled, with no refund due. If you wish to have an extended session, this may be possible if the following slot is available. Please check online or ask during check-in. Food and drinks are allowed but must NOT be taken onto the lanes. During your visit, you will have access to lockers to store your belongings as bags are not permitted in the games room.
Is there a minimum or maximum group size?
You can book up to 6 people per lane. For larger groups, multiple lanes can be reserved (maximum of 18 players) .
How long is a game of bowling?
A single game usually takes 10–15 minutes per person. For a group of 4, please allow around 45–60 minutes.
How do I change the time of the booking I’ve made online?
Give us a call on 020 7095 5100 and we’ll get you sorted.
Cancellation and refunds: If you need to cancel your booking refunds are available up to 48 hours in advance.
Booking a Session
What to wear?
Comfortable, casual clothing is recommended for bowling. Avoid long, loose sleeves or overly baggy clothes that could affect your movement or get caught during play.
What shoes can I wear? Bowling shoes are available for hire. Customers may wear their own shoes if they are flat-soled, non-marking and closed-toe, as these meet safety and lane protection standards. Trainers that are clean and have smooth soles are usually acceptable.
Food & drink
Can I eat or drink while bowling? Yes! Our Café also has a selection of tasty hot and cold food on the menu. Alcohol will not be sold or served to anyone under the age of 18.
Can I bring my own food?
Outside food and drink are not permitted.
ACCESSIBILITY
We aim to make our bowling experience accessible to everyone. Our lanes are wheelchair-friendly with ramp aides and assistance is available on request. Please contact us in advance to discuss any specific needs.
